More Main Jet Shananigans

So I now have all the main jets out.  One of them seems to have a very non OEM couple of washers and a couple are quite damaged by hamfisted "mechanics".
 How could you cause such damage?  This has been damaged when it was screwed in.  The burred part is where pressure would have been applied if you were tightening it up in a clockwise manner.  But why use such force?
 This jet has a ring marking around it. But at least they all read "115".  Let's hope that is the correct size.
