Airbox Dismantling part 1 (Day 47)

Now I am trying to get the airbox apart.  The top part of the box is a moulded plastic and it is attached to a metal bottom half.  There are 2 screws accessible from the side and 2 screws on the other side which are not accessible.  They look like they were screwed on prior the the plastic top box being put on the top.  Don't know if that is possible.  What I want to do is to take them apart so that I can refurbish (strip, blast and respray) the bottom half (the metal half).  Not sure that it can be refurbished with the plastic top box in place.
This is one of the 2 screws holding the top and bottom together but as you can see there is no access to the head of the screw.
Toip half is moulded plastic and the bottom half is metal fabrication.
With 2 of the screws out you can lift the 2 apart but they are still retained by the 2 screws on the other side.  Help.
